The machine is composed of four parts: CNC welding machine, wire feeder, welding robot and its control cabinet. SS, CS and AL are used as welding wires, which can weld various thickness plates.
1. CE certified arc welding machine
Two types of welders are available, using digital control, automatic collision avoidance, continuous/pulse technology to achieve low/ultra-low splash welding.
2. Automatic wire feeder
The wire feeder is equipped with an encoder, which can control feedback in real time and has strong anti-interference ability.
3. Automatic welding robot
The 6-axis welding robot has the function of display and remote control, and the degree of automation is high. Independent control cabinet reserve emergency stop, anti-collision, locking pin interface to ensure welding safety.
The system uses an 8-inch TFT-LCD touch screen and provides three operation modes: demonstration, representative and remote control, which is convenient for users to operate.
